We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is general information about our services. It is not professional, agronomic, legal or aviation advice for your specific situation, and it may change without notice.

Figures such as hectares mapped, flights flown or input savings describe our past work or typical results. Results on your site depend on your crop, terrain, weather and other conditions.

03Quotes and agreements

A request sent through our quote form, or a proposal we send in reply, does not create a contract. Missions, hardware supply and Academy places are confirmed only by a signed agreement or purchase order, which sets out scope, price, payment terms, safety requirements and responsibilities.

All flight operations are subject to Kenya Civil Aviation Authority approvals, airspace restrictions and safe weather. We may reschedule or decline a flight for safety or regulatory reasons.

04Using the website properly

You agree not to:

• use the website in a way that breaks any law;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or our systems;
• send material that is false, harmful or that you do not have the right to send;
• copy large parts of the website, or use automated tools to collect content, without our permission.
